Smaller Garden Party Weddings 

We have really enjoyed working with Bride & Groom or proud parents to transform gardens of all shapes & sizes into unique wedding venues.

In some cases, particularly in the last few years, these events might be for 30-50 & our clients have wanted to create intimate weddings for their very nearest & dearest. 

We have lovely marquees & canopies to enable single & multi- space setups that work with the lawns & flat areas of your garden.

These marquees are suitable for Alfresco Dining, Marquee weddings & other fun elements like a Bar, Music space, Reception drinks area or your Ceremony.

We have fire pits & benches as well as lots of Garden lighting options to enhance your event after dark.

Larger Garden Party Weddings

We have also provided the design, planning & equipment hire for larger garden weddings, where there is a larger lawn area that can fit a marquee large enough to accommodate 60-120 persons.

Sometimes clients use planning their joyful event as an opportunity to improve their gardens’ layout, access or planting. This can benefit the wedding but also the use of your garden for other family gatherings or day to day use.

We have also helped organise a number of weddings where a field adjacent to the family garden has been hired or borrowed to offer more space.

This allows a drinks reception or ceremony to be hosted in a special part of your garden while a larger marquee can be located nearby for dining & music.

Issues to consider

• For our Structures grass works better than hardstanding/ Patios/ decking
• We can sometimes install on Hard surfaces, but this requires drilling fixings into those, we have to charge a reasonable extra for time and material cost.
• We can sometimes fix canopies / marquees to buildings
• Access- Our equipment is bulky and heavy. There may be surcharges where access restricts our vehicles and unloading takes more time and people power.
• Electricity supply- whereas you can power events from you domestic electric supply this has to be planned to be done safely, we can help with this. In some cases a trained electrician may be required where outside sockets need installing etc.
