Marquee Setup and Management
We can install marquees to suit your production plans . We are used to working with area coordinators or production teams to liaise before events & set up our structures in a reliable, efficient manner.

If needed we can be present at your event to manage the marquees, from checking structural safety in bad weather conditions to opening & closing the venues at start & end of day or even being more hands on. We can do a handover to the venue manager or a member of their team to train in best use of structure.

Roland was hired by the National Trust to help plan & manage WoodFest, a lovely little festival in the amazing woodland setting of Hatfield Forest. He has also helped manage festivals, festival venues & private parties at different scales, so has insight into all aspects of event design & coordination that can help your event or venue, whatever size or type.
Unique Custom Structures for Events
Because we manufacture our tents ourselves we can make anything you require.
We have worked with several events over the years to make them bespoke structures to exactly meet a particular requirement they have. We also work with festival venue coordinators to team up to create new venues for festivals where we can hire the same set up to multiple events over a season, freeing them up to manage content.

The Dragon Tent is an example, made to a brief set by Greenman Festival to create a sculptural & engaging space that can be used for storytelling and more for their wonderful little folks kids area. Ymuno, a community arts & music festival in North Wales commissioned us to create a perfect venue for their performance art, poetry and music space.
If what you want has a clear use elsewhere, we may only need one years hire cost in advance to manufacture something unique for you. If you want something very unusual we may need a commitment to book the structure for a certain number of years to make its manufacture viable. In any case, if you have a need that isn’t available or want to discuss a far out or tailor made creation- get in touch!
