Roland created the Wedding Arc as a new venue in 2024.  He did this for a partnership with Treberfydd House  ( https://www.treberfydd.com/weddings ) where it is exclusively available during June & July.

I teamed up with Sally and Hugh at Treberfydd because they are incredibly lovely, welcoming hosts who give customers time and space to enjoy this, most charming and beautiful house and gardens. A weekend here feels like a country house you are at home in,  not a wedding factory you are pressured to rush through. The location, surrounding countryside, accommodation, architecture gardens and styling are all impeccable.

So I made a marquee that would honour the context. It is available at Treberfydd during June and July complete with incredible handmade wooden floor and also a package that includes large catering tent, lighting high spec shepherds hut loos and the incredible beauty of the setting along with accomodation and options for on site ceremonies and more…

I also solved a design challenge that makes this not just a fabulous wedding venue, but also an amazing mid sized party or festival music space- by adding an extension to one end of marquee, the entrance arch becomes the frame for a stage for bands to perform through. Avoiding a central pole blocking view of stage and creating structure for lighing, decor, banners etc

By adding a second extension at he other end, it creates more room for an entrance foyer, a bar or just more room to party! The extensions can be set up with or without walling. For the stage set up to work, walling is required, but for an entrance foyer, an open sided option works beautifully in decent weather. The walls are easy to put on / adjust if the weather changes…
